This retreat will provide time to unwind and nourish yourself, so we can.. engage in exploring how we co-create and co-arise in a vast field of presence.. We will look closely at our sitting practice to see what we are leaving out of the present, and develop strategies of relating to our bodies and heart through movement and chanting.. Although the retreat will be held in silence, there will also be occasional periods for engaging in the emergent individual and group process through sharing.. Bring an attitude of curiosity, playfulness, inquisitiveness and honesty to encourage trust, openness and the inherent freedom of the heart.. Booking.. The cost of the retreat is $395 for the 9 day retreat, the cost of the retreat includes paying a full time cook, a part time cook, and the cost of paying for food (all food is vegetarian) and renting the rooms from Jhana grove..
